Description:
The objective of this evaluation will be a transversal analysis of the implementation of inclusive education at all levels of the school system in order to identify the factors facilitating or hindering the inclusion and care of pupils with special needs.
This is followed by a
- Study of the effectiveness of inclusive education in public schools: identification of barriers, conditions for success, challenges and development needs
The evaluation will aim to :
- Develop a cross-sectional view of the school situation of pupils with special needs in Luxembourg
- Develop recommendations for educational policy and school actors
In the spirit of a participatory approach, the study will be carried out through a triangulation of actors by analysing the point of view of professionals, families and pupils.
